Spectrum Apartments is a large complex located 1 block from the USU campus. It has four 2 bedroom apartments and 35 large 1 bedroom/studio apartments. This is a great quiet atmosphere for singles, graduate students, 1 to 2 tenants, or married. There is an onsite laundry facility and plenty of permit parking for each tenant.
